Appointment Information

When you come for your appointment please remember to bring:

• Medicare card
• Compression stockings. We supply them. After the first treatment you will be fitted with compression stockings. Each person is measured and fitted with stockings specially fitted to your leg size. Bring these with you for every treatment and check-up.

To Cancel an Appointment

Telephone the office during business hours 7:30- 5:30pm Monday-Friday and allow at least 1 day’s notice if possible so  we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.
We recognise that your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients requiring a little more time may cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
